What is included in the site fee?
The site fee includes water, sewer, trash and $50 of electricity.

What homes do you allow on the park?

Do you allow pets?
Yes! We love pets, but no aggressive breeds of dogs. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times around the park.

Are you an adult only park?
Nope! We are family friendly.
Q
What are your rates?
Our rates for summer (May-Oct) are $650, which includes a $50 electricity allotment. Our rates for winter are $650 all bills paid.

Do you have wifi available?
We have high speed Spectrum wifi available for an additional $60/month.
